I love one of the designs but it is out of stock on the e-store, what should I do?
Drop us a massage :) We will try to figure out how to help you, we might be able to convince the team to custom the piece just for you at no extra charges. The waiting time is usually 2-4 weeks depending on the design.
What are the operating hours of Dynameek?
We based our working hours on GMT +8, please do take note that our working hours are 9am-6pm. So if you do not get an instant reply on Instagram, Facebook or via email, it means we are getting out beauty sleep to help you better.
Why are the stocks so limited?
We do not do mass production and pride ourselves as a slow fashion label without losing any quality or design aesthetic for the sake of lowering cost. But we do accommodate any sizes you want if we have the fabrics and materials in stock for an immediate made to order. We also collaborate with individual crafters for hand made products.
Where is Dynameek based?
Our small independent studio is based in Malaysia. We have been churning out every piece of design with much care, when we are short handed, we seek help from independent studios regionally. Most details are hand sewn and requires more steps than the usual mass produced garments.
How is it possible for Dynameek to maintain the quality and price so well? Is there something I need to know?
Dynameek aims to be an label for all to enjoy. Thus our first goal was to maintain a price range suitable for all without losing the design and quality. We managed that by not enforcing the usual markups that designer labels does. No humans or animals are harmed in the process.
Does Dynameek use any fur or materials from animals?
We do not use any animal's by-product and will never consider it. All fur like products are synthetic. We aim to be as sustainable as possible by sourcing regionally and choosing to work with independent smaller suppliers. We work towards decreasing our carbon footprint and encourages our clients to recycle all our tags.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order using PayPal account and all major Credit Cards. We are working to get another payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve changed your mind, please inform us as soon as possible – we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. In the case of pre-orders, once the order has been made, we cannot allow cancellation.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We are unable to alter orders that have already been shipped or made (in the case of pre-order). This includes altering or adding items or changing the delivery method. Do notify us ASAP if you have a change of mind.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Your items may be out of stock. If you do not receive any email regarding the cancellation, please contact our customer services team at Hello@dyna-meek.com
Can I order from overseas?
We ship to overseas using various reliable couriers, please refer to shipping calculations at check outs. However, we are not responsible for extra tax and duty your country impose on the goods.
What is your exchange rate for overseas orders?
All currencies are based on the current exchange rate. But please check during check out, the exchange rate might differ with different cards.
The item I want isn’t available online. Will it be re-stocked?
We don’t usually re-stock our collections once they’ve sold out, and are unable to manufacture one-off garments. We only re-stock if we have the fabric left. If there is something you absolutely love, don't hesitate to email ask and ask for it, we try to accommodate every order if we have materials for it.
The item I want is out of stock online, how can I order it?
Please contact our customer service to make your pre-order and we will contact you when our collection arrives.
What is Preorder?
Selected items from our new collection can be bought in advance - pay now and we'll ship them to you as soon as the stock is made. We'll also email you to let you know when your order is on its way.
I am paying with PayPal and I am getting an error.
When Paying with PayPal you must have an account activation in order to pay the goods. We won't be able to check why there is an error. You can email or call paypal to solve the problem and we will assist you.
What if I don't see my size under the size option?
The size is unavailable or out of stock. You can contact us for a made to size. We will be happy to help. There is no extra charges for a made to order but you do have to wait for 2-3 weeks.
What if I encounter an error during check out?
If you encounter any errors during checkout, please make sure that the billing address and shipping address are the same. Sometimes if you are using your credit card abroad instead of your home country, problems arise as well. If you still encounter problems, please email us to send you a direct payment invoice.
Can I exchange something for a different size?
Unfortunately, DYNAMEEK is unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. DYNAMEEK products available for purchase online are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. From time to time, availability messages may be inaccurate. In the event that DYNAMEEK is unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified shortly by phone or email and your order cancelled. As necessary, DYNAMEEK reserves the right to limit the quantity of products supplied, supply only part of an order, or to divide orders. DYNAMEEK reserves the right to contact you for further information, and in the case of large orders DYNAMEEK reserves the right to request a written/faxed/emailed confirmation of your order. To that end, it is important to ensure your contact information is correct at the time of placing the order. DYNAMEEK will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left DYNAMEEK’s premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
