SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DYNAMEEK operates at UTC/GMT +8 hours. Orders received before 12 noon from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing the same day and, pending payment verification and availability of merchandise, will ship within 48 hours. Any orders received after 12 noon from Monday to Friday will begin processing the following business day.
DYNAMEEK offers shipping worldwide via DHL Global Mail Or Registered SINGPOST. All shipping costs are inclusive of local VAT. This fee covers administration, packaging and freight. Merchandise in stock will be delivered on average of 7 to 14 working days depending on destination. While DYNAMEEK has found this method of shipping to be the most reliable and cost effective, DYNAMEEK cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays caused by foreign customs or mail carriers. DYNAMEEK can, by special arrangement, ship via DHL Express and overnight options for a surcharge. For details, please email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. For security reasons, online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order a second delivery attempt will be made. Once DYNAMEEK has delivered the merchandise to the courier, the customer will then assume any risk of loss or damage and title for the merchandise.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email detailing your order and tracking number as soon as your purchase has been shipped. You may track your order online.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Malaysia and Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees (called “Import Fees”) levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. DYNAMEEK has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be or when they may be changed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DYNAMEEK values customer satisfaction. Returns will be accepted on following conditions:
• All returns must be purchased from DYNA-MEEK.COM. DYNAMEEK does not process returns of any item purchased at other retail locations or websites other than DYNA-MEEK.COM
• Only items purchased at full retail price are eligible for a refund. All promotional, sale and discounted items are non-refundable and may not be returned.
• All returned items must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of being used, washed, damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
• All requests for return must be raised within 14 days from invoice date.
• The return must reach DYNAMEEK within 30 days from invoice date.
• Returns must be shipped from the same country purchased from.
• Items purchased from one order must be returned in the same shipment.
• Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• DYNAMEEK will not be liable for refunding the price of items that have not been received by DYNAMEEK as a consequence of loss, theft or damage not attributable to DYNAMEEK.
• DYNAMEEK reserves the right to inspect the items returned and to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements specified above at DYNAMEEK’s sole discretion. In such instances, DYNAMEEK will return you the items at your cost.
• Only the cost of the item is refundable. Duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• A full refund, excluding the original shipping costs, will be issued to the same means of payment used for the purchase for properly returned items.

Unfortunately, DYNAMEEK is unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you wish to reorder an item, follow the above procedure for return and place a separate order for the new item.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact email@example.com immediately.
